We believe in adding value to the community where we live, work, and play.

We love our local community. We show that through donating to local charities and volunteering at local events. The A Team Cleaning crew has volunteered our time for Arts Partnership events and one of Findlay’s favorite events… The Balloon Fest. 

All employees are encouraged to be active in the community and this is one way we showed our support. Many employees are also involved in local ministries.

Creating Local Job Opportunities: 

We are creating great jobs in the Findlay area.  We pay our employees above the industry standard to create jobs that can help employees receive a livable wage without working three jobs and 60 hours or more a week. We believe in seeing our employees succeed.

Local Volunteering

We give back to Findlay and other local communities we live in by encouraging volunteer work and through donations. In one year alone we donated over $13,000 to local organizations.
